I brought my older vehicle in for a safety recall repair and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I was told the car was not safe to drive, yet I had to repeatedly chase updates. Commu and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I was told the car was not safe to drive, yet I had to repeatedly chase updates. Communication was inconsistent and poor. I had to escalate multiple times just to get basic information. The only employee who was helpful was the young man (Mr. Valet.) and Adam who made an effort and returned my phone call about part information. While the vehicle was in their care for recall work, I was later informed it sustained hail damage and a broken windshield. I tried to follow up immediately after the storm using their provided contact methods and received no response, despite being told I could “text anytime.” Overall, this was a frustrating cluster marked by poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling of a faulty airbag recall. I would not recommend based on my experience. More

TRASH! !!! Kept my truck for four months, drove it out the door, and the check engine light comes back on for something else…. Then 4 days later they charge !!!
