I ended up working with Bruce Lowrie, and the difference was night and day. They accepted a wire transfer without any issues, were responsive throughout the process, and treated me with respect. The transaction was simple and efficient—I showed up, signed one paper, and drove away in about ten minutes. Buying a vehicle shouldn't feel like you're begging someone to take your money. I brought my older vehicle in for a safety recall repair and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I was told the car was not safe to drive, yet I had to repeatedly chase updates. I had to escalate multiple times just to get basic information. The only employee who was helpful was the young man (Mr. Valet.) and Adam who made an effort and returned my phone call about part information. While the vehicle was in their care for recall work, I was later informed it sustained hail damage and a broken windshield. I tried to follow up immediately after the storm using their provided contact methods and received no response, despite being told I could “text anytime.” Overall, this was a frustrating cluster marked by poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessional handling of a faulty airbag recall. I would not recommend based on my experience. More
