I had my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in for some warranty work. These guy’s especially Micah was top notch. They kept me informed of the progress on my truck. Had to wait a little longer than I wanted to but no fault of the dealership. I got my truck back and after a day or two I realized that a couple of things were missing. I called and there was no questions and the two parts that were missing were ordered. Haven’t got them yet but it was a no hassle, no questions ask encounter. I will definitely be using them again when needed and would recommend these guys for any and all your service needs.

My experience at Mac Haik Dodge Jeep Ram at Katy Frwy was nothing but awesome! Our sales rep Laura Valencia was fabulous. She worked so hard on our behalf. Laura is knowledgable, honest, and fights for her customer. She found us the exact car we wanted, gave us an outstanding price and was very fair on our trade-in. The dealership is clean, friendly and has a giant tv. The GM, Will LaGrange, is personable and approachable. Will spoke to us several times and gave out full pizzas to everyone in the lobby because it was the Saturday before Christmas. Finally, Finance Manager, Zien, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very fair with warranty pricing. Zien went above and beyond and was so extremely honest. We love the car we purchased, but we also love the dealership we purchased from. I highly recommend Mac Haik on the Katy Freewsy. Make sure you ask for Laura Valencia. You will not be disappointed!!

We were passing through the area and decided to pull in and I'm glad we did! Derek, Chris and Moses exceeded our expectations from the time that we walked in the door until we left the parking lot. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon and Derek was more than willing to show us the truck we wanted to purchase even though it would most likely require him leaving work late. We had a tough obstacle to overcome due to our trade in having negative equity but Chris (Sales Manager) and Moses (Finance Manager) didn't give up on us. It seemed impossible at one point for us, but THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! We were on our way home with our new camper and when we moved it to the new truck we realized the pin for the hitch was too short. A special thanks to Chris for helping us find one that was long enough so we could get on the road. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new ride.

There’s a lot to unpack. First off Forest kept his word when I laid out my terms for a new vehicle. He kept everything within my range and was extremely quick. Ed ended up taking my account over since Jenny is on vacation. I can honestly say that I’m glad he did. The reason is first impressions are lasting. While going over to the big lot, Jenny seemed more preoccupied with phone calls on the way back than getting to know her potential customers. Over all Forest & Ed are the ones who reeled me in & sealed the deal. If things go well, which I think they will, I will be back. That’s a no-holds-bar honest answer for a review! PS THE ONLY reason I did not give five stars is there’s a lot of paper that has been back & forth. Maybe it’s part of the process. Oh, & I will say Ed is persistent. That’s a positive though but borderline a bit much.
