Great overall experience we ended up purchasing 2 new vehicles from our salesman Mr. Posada. He was great and listen to our needs and wants and he even went out in the rain and got us what we wanted. Unprofessional, Inconsiderate, and Unreliable Service We dropped our vehicle off early Friday morning before our scheduled appointment. My husband explicitly requested that our service tech, Robert, notify dropped our vehicle off early Friday morning before our scheduled appointment. My husband explicitly requested that our service tech, Robert, notify us if the vehicle wouldn’t be ready by the end of the day. We received zero updates. By midday Saturday, my husband attempted to reach Robert, but his calls were ignored. When he called the main desk, he was repeatedly transferred until the calls dropped. Eventually, a tech named Ricardo answered and informed us the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Because both of our children’s car seats were inside the vehicle, we asked about a loaner for the weekend. Ricardo refused, claiming the manager who approves loaners was off and stating, "I’m not going to inconvenience her on her day off." Apparently, inconveniencing a loyal customer's family, however, was perfectly fine. After another dropped call, I called back from my phone. Ricardo promised the General Manager would call me that day. We received zero follow-up calls from Robert, Ricardo, or the GM. We have brought two vehicles here for service over the past two years and were planning to bring a third vehicle. Given this appalling lack of service and accountability, we will be taking all future business elsewhere. More

Got a call from a sales person Eric that stated it was like if I bought an Apple phone with issues. I had to use extended warranty and could not waive deductible. Until I complained. We purchased two new vehicles from this dealership and gave them every reasonable opportunity to make things right, neither of these worked out with out a major loss in time or repeated request, with some gave them every reasonable opportunity to make things right, neither of these worked out with out a major loss in time or repeated request, with some never being fully fixed. Our experience with the service department has been consistently poor. Problems reported as resolved were not. Appointments were repeated for the same issues with no progress. Items were removed from our vehicles and not returned. We were charged for repairs that did not address the actual problem. After trading in our second vehicle due to ongoing issues to another dealership, we returned for what was described as a minor repair it took months, and upon notice of this year has still not been resolved after 1k+ invested in the solution they provided. We were later told the service department had been overhauled and this prompted us to give it another chance with our most recent vehicle. It had not. Every prior issue resurfaced. We decided that this needed to be escalated to the corporate office and were told they defer all resolution authority to the franchise, making escalations functionally useless. We also received information from corporate that was found in the same conversation to be inaccurate. The sales team was never the issue. But if you expect the service department to stand behind their work, diagnose problems thoroughly, or take accountability when something goes wrong look elsewhere. The pattern here is delay, deflection, and no ownership. More
