I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The process was seamless. I was asked once if I would like to purchase any "dealer add-ons" just once. I said no thank you and that was the end of it. No high pressure sales tactics, which I greatly appreciated. The vehicle we purchased need a few items fixed before we made the purchase and the dealership fix the items, no-questions-asked! We found our sales associate to be very pleasant, along with the general manager and the individual that finalized the sale. Our time was respected and everyone we spoke with was exceptionally courteous. I have purchased numerous vehicles from numerous dealerships over the past 40 years. Hi, I've been to a few Chevy places to get my Tahoe serviced. I can truly say that this has been a wonderful experience. I got my tires rotated, oil changed, and state inspection done on Veterans Day. I had a great conversation with the service tech that checked me in, Steven and the service manager Brad walked me back to the waiting area which had a great assortment of hot and cold drinks. I didn't feel like a number, it felt like family. I'll be going back there for all of my service needs from now on. Thank you, Steven and Brad!!!

I took my Duramax in for service due to a misfire, and I was educated and advised to make the right decisions on getting the problem repaired and resolved. Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. I will absolutely be back with my Tahoe and Duramax as needed. thank you, Neal and the technicians for excellent service

Everyone at this location was excellent. Albert Larrieu was incredible to work with. We recently lost our house and 4 cars to a tornado. We are a family of 9, our vehicle needs are quite unique. My primary vehicles were a 12 passenger Nissan NV and a Torrent. To decrease how many large purchases we were having to make at once, I wanted something I could use as a daily that could also fit all of use. Alas, the 9 passenger, 3 bench seats, fold down center console, with a bench 2nd row vs captions chairs. I spent the better part of 2 weeks relentlessly searching. I came across one at Autonation in West Austin, 6.5 hours away. Albert reached out to me promptly, he immediately offered to take pictures himself and send them to me. He was understanding of our unique situation and made it all happen. We flew into Austin and left the dealership with our Suburban in under 2 hours. Albert, his colleagues, the manager, the finance, all went above and beyond. The service was so well we may just go back, it was worth the flight and drive. After 2 weeks of building our lives back from the ground up, they sure made this a stress free experience.

Classic Kia salesman Ethan Kibodeaux cheerfully braved the heat to introduce me to Kia Sportage models. I had already visited other dealerships in Southeast Texas. Ethan was polite and patient while explaining the different features of the various models. I returned another day and he was happy to explain the next model I wanted to explore. Ethan was very knowledgeable with each car I test drove. After I made my choice he began the process of purchasing a new Kia Sportage. My daughter and I discussed a different model and he worked with his managers to grant my choices. I am now driving a Jungle Green Sportage and loving it !!!
