I delivered my 2022 Silverado for repairs and told the advisor that there were three items that I wanted looked at: the dynamic steering lines were missing, the clock was not keeping accurate time and the advisor that there were three items that I wanted looked at: the dynamic steering lines were missing, the clock was not keeping accurate time and the compass was not working. I received a call stating that the control module was defective and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,149. I okayed the repairs and when I picked my truck was told the repair cost was $ 1,700. I reminded the advisor what I was told the cost would be and he reduced the bill to $ 1,162, which I paid. I later discovered that the steering lines were still not working and was told that I had only requested two items on the repair ticket and would need to pay for another diagnose fee. More
