He was about to leave for the day, but he stayed to make sure I received what I needed to close the deal, he then turned it over to the other Manager on duty. Earlier that day we were at another dealership and could not come to a deal and the manager did not find it necessary to talk to us he only relayed messages through the sale guy, even after asking to speak to him.
