Recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Colorado and while the paperwork process with Pedro and Jennifer went smoothly, everything after that was an absolute nightmare. When I went to pick up my vehicle, a bald credit manager was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Derek was no better. The attitude, disrespect, and lack of basic customer service was disgusting. Buying a vehicle is supposed to be an exciting experience, especially when it’s something your family genuinely needs, but instead I left feeling humiliated and furious. I literally walked out of this dealership in tears because of how badly I was treated. Mind you, I didn’t even want to go through the process of buying another car in the first place — my husband needed it for work — and this experience made everything 10 times more stressful than it already was. People spend their hard-earned money here and deserve to be treated with dignity, not talked down to and disrespected. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress, disrespect, and horrible treatment and take your business somewhere else. More
