Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater TN should be the gold standard for Ford to show other dealerships. Everyone here is fantastic, everything is smooth, painless, and most of all very fair. For example, usually sales people are a huge pain to deal with but not Lori. She makes the process fun and ensures I get something I’m happy with. I can also depend on her to follow up with any requests I have. Likewise, the administrative side of buying a car (paperwork/accounting) is usually a long arduous process. However, both Mike and Caren are always helpful with getting me the right level of extended coverage for a great price and in a very reasonable amount of time (This time I worked with Mike and he was a pleasure as always!). Overall, this is the best and most honest dealership I’ve ever been to or heard of. Even the owner is a fantastic guy who cares about happy customers. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed if you choose to get your next car here. I like new cars a lot so I'm on #10 at this point :)

Tom Phillips is the best sales rep I have ever had or known because it is honesty his matter-of-fact approach, his alertness and quickness to every detail. So, of course, his knowledge has just amaze me and his laid-back atmosphere he brings to everything. I can call him with questions afterwards if I choose, it’s not a problem for him so for the dealership they have him working there that says a lot for the dealership. I hope they never lose him for they’ve lost a diamond in the rough. This is from Sandy and Bill, Brus, BRUCH I think I’ll be coming back there again if Tom is there. Persistence without the high-pressure sales tactics. That would perfectly describe my salesman Scotty and how he was able to help me negotiate one of the best deals I have ever gotten on a vehicle. And I've bought (too 😆) many vehicles over the years. I thought there was ZERO chance of getting what I needed for my trade-in towards the new Ford Maverick I was wanting in order to make a deal possible. And initially, I was right. Scotty's sales manager stepped up and made me a very fair offer for my car, but the numbers still weren't working for my budget. I was about to leave when the sales manager asked me to give him a little more time to see what he could do for me. He came back out and absolutey BLEW MY MIND 🤯 with a bigger offer for my trade which made getting the Maverick possible! Even Scotty looked shocked! 😅 Now I have no idea how he was able to do so, and I'm not promising he can do it for you as well. But if you are buried in negative equity on your car but wanting or needing something else, then go give Scotty and his manager(s) a chance to work something out for you.

I have been a Toyota girl since 1986 and I wanted to look at something different and Jeff took the time to explain everything to me about the Lincoln Corsair. Jeff listened to everything I wanted and showed me about 10 cars. I finally chose one and I’m so thankful he took the time with me. Jeff Dawson is definitely an asset to the Lincoln team. Every employee that we were to see next came to introduce their self to us while we were waiting because they were very busy that day.
