I had an appointment at your service area yesterday, 2-22-2025 for my 2016 KIA Soul EV. Soon after the car was in, Tess came to talk to me about an upgrade. I am 81 years old now, and my car gets driven only about 100 miles a month, and it drives quite good. So I am happy with it. Anyway, Tess came and talked to me, and we had a good talk. I had my own business for decades and I know a great employee when I see one. I don't see a purpose for getting a new car at this time. But she was good at talking with me, and I appreciate that. The 5-stars above are for her and for your business for having employees who do their jobs well like Tess does.
(In regard to the cost of the service, it was given to me 3 times by various people, not Tess; first was lowest, second was higher, and the final bill was still higher. I paid, but it was annoying.)
