The dealership is doing much better than my first couple of visits. This is due to working with Mike Taylor. He is the only person I will work with, because I have had a few issues that should never have ha of visits. This is due to working with Mike Taylor. Since then, the dealership has gotten better and is my preferred place to take my vehicles. More

I choose to come back for service at Royal Moore because of the service provided by their representative Mike Taylor in the service department . I brought my car in for new tires and rear brakes/rotors, I h of the service provided by their representative Mike Taylor in the service department . I brought my car in for new tires and rear brakes/rotors, I had to come back once due to grease marks left on my headliner, they were quick to clean and remove the grease stains. I had to then come back due to noises coming from my brakes. Under further inspection, it was found that my parking brake when re-installed had come loose, that was fixed at no cost and technician was talked with. I then had to come back a month later due to my brakes squeaking constantly...this routine tire and brake job now has had me in the store an additional 3 times. You can imagine the frustration it was for me to keep coming back and I still need to do my front brakes. The only reason I am not taking my business else where is because of how I was treated and the service department representative Mike Taylor made sure to try and make things right and put my mind at ease. He brought out their shop lead who personally checked over my car and Mike made every effort to regain my trust and compensate me for all the troubles I went through. I dealt with other service representatives at Royal, and none treated me as well as he did. Having people like that to work with, is what keeps me coming back. More
