The dealership is doing much better than my first couple of visits. This is due to working with Mike Taylor. Your staff was excellent. They allowed me to vent my frustrations and were very receptive to my wife's concerns. There were only (2) issues the hard hit to our credit when it They allowed me to vent my frustrations and were very receptive to my wife's concerns. There were only (2) issues the hard hit to our credit when it is not mandatory on a cash transaction and the 2 hours that it took for a cash transaction. Again the staff was awesome. More
