Overall the dealerships and Joe Bauman Salesmen were good. I went along to help my widow friend buy a car. We went to the Gm side but needed to work with the arbogast ford finance Mgr and that was xx. HE didn't listen only wanted to tell- I told him this was bull which further sent this south due to us having prearranged financing through Abby CU.- Then after waiting another 20 minutes we had Abby talk directly to John because they were not getting his email- oh a typo- more Bull. John even mentioned he was overworked because he was the only person doing financing- yes telling a customer that. WOW As a retired CEO who has bought over 30 cars in my lifetime- john is a reputation killer. I'll let the owner decide what to do about that. We liked Joe, the car & dealerships overall- pretty good deal but the interaction with John spoiled all of that. Maybe he had a bad day ' xx.

Great dealership! Great communication! They were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly! The short video of the issue was very nice to see. Glad my car did not smell like it was in a greasy garage when the job was completed. This is definitely my first choice for my Range Rover!!

Cynthia helped in keeping communication going. Joe showed us the truck and a few others that we intended to see/test drive. Ba was straight forward on the financial end of our purchase.
