They were understaffed, and they are telling me after 35k miles I have thousands in repairs to breaks and tires. I bought this car from them. I reached out to the dealership, and said they would get the dire miles I have thousands in repairs to breaks and tires. I bought this car from them. I reached out to the dealership, and said they would get the director involved, that has not yet happened. Very disappointed in my experience. The service members were nice about it taking over 4 hours, but when your own service team is telling people these brakes give out after 35k miles, there's red flags everywhere. I have been a Hyundai owner my whole life, as is my family. Unless there are changes, this is my last Hyundai I will ever purchase. More

Worst service experience EVER! Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for Tuesday 4/30 at 10:30 am. Figured a standard inspection of the vehicle's tires, br Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for Tuesday 4/30 at 10:30 am. Figured a standard inspection of the vehicle's tires, brakes, fluid levels, filters, etc. would be completed as part of the standard service. Dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 am, then got a ride to work. Never received a call, so stopped by the dealership at 1:30 pm to see if the vehicle was done. Oil changes take an hour at most. Service Rider said "oh, we haven't even looked at it yet!" So you have had the vehicle since 8:45 am, appointment scheduled at 10:30 am and YOU HAVEN'T EVEN DONE THE SERVICE? Said they would call when it was ready. Service rider did call to let us know, the brake pads need to be replaced. Said "ok, we'll go ahead and have that done" Service rider "we will have it done by 5 pm today." "Ok, well we won't be able to pick it up tonight, as we have kids activities (baseball, volleyball, etc.) we'll have to pick it up in the morning. Wednesday morning 5/1, I get a ride from my home to the dealership. The Service Printer was broken, paperwork wasn't ready, took over 30 minutes to "Pick Up" my vehicle. Drove my dog to a grooming appointment and reviewed my invoice. Guess what...NO OIL CHANGE / TIRE ROTATION. The Oil Change and Tire Rotation was why it was originally brought in for service. OMG. Call up to service, they asked me to bring it back and they would do it. I said, you need to do this service FREE of charge and within an hour. They completed the service AND CHARGED me for TIRE ROTATION. Absolute circus and clown show. I expect something to be either refunded or the brakes discounted. If not, I will be taking this story to social media and possibly that "Don't Waste Your Money" guy. More
