The dealership was very nice. Being a first time customer I wasn’t sure what to expect. Jordan our salesman was great. He answered our call, and actually called, and texted us back. He had the car sitting outside the showroom upon our arrival. We were greeted at the door from a couple other salesmen that were willing get us to a desk, an ice cold water, and Jordan. The purchasing process was smooth. We took the car for a drive. When we got back we sat down with Jordan and he went over the appraisal of our vehicle which seemed fair. We agreed on the purchase price. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and the finance department was swamped (good for them). They had the new vehicle detailed while we signed the paperwork and down the road we went.

I didn't care for the intimidation with the offer of insurance we didn't want, and there were a couple other vehicle issues that took weeks to resolve but the good store manager made sure things got resolved. I contacted Ken Ganley in Sandusky to see if they had any sports cars. They didn’t but referred me to Ken Ganley in Norwalk. Scott Meek called me to see what I was looking for and he told me that they had just taken in a 2012 Mustang GT convertible. I drove to the dealership and met Scott. He was kind, not pushy and answered my questions honestly. I wrote a check and signed all the paperwork. I Love my car and my sales experience with Scott Meek was great! When I am ready for a new car, I will be returning to Ken Ganley!

I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.

Awful experience with service. I called a week ago to schedule what should have been extremely simple. Needed 4 locking lug nuts removed and replaced with normal lugs. I called and they confirmed they had the the master locking lug nut key sets, and the lug nuts in stock, and figured it would be a quick, inexpensive job. I then got with their parts dept and asked them to order some more lug nuts just to make sure they had them since, working a dealer parts job myself(not hyundai unfortunately), I know a lot can happen in a week. I must emphasize that they do indeed have a master lug nut key set, and the lugs would NOT need extracted. We get the bill and see that 3 of the lug nuts were charged at over double the price (22.69 vs 9.95), and the labor for removing 4 lug nuts, with a key, was $35. I'm told that its discounted because they had to get the lug nuts from another dealer and that increased the price. The price to remove 4 lug nuts and replace them with another 4 lug nuts was $120. An oil change and tire rotation (20 whole lug nuts removed) often costs less than that. The service advisor, Andrew, told me that a tire rotation usually runs $40. So $40 to remove and reinstall 20 lugs and rotate tires. The lug nuts should have been $40 for 4. I would have been happy to pay the full tire rotation price if I had to just to replace these 4 lug nuts for an invoice of $80 before tax. When I tried to figure out what happened, why the lug nuts were so expensive or why this whole ordeal cost more than a works package, Andrew told me he didn't have to talk to me since I wasn't the owner of the car. Except I'm married to the man who owns the car, I scheduled the appointment, I orchestrated this whole thing me, my husband, and the dealership. It almost feels like homophobic discrimination. If I had a wife and I was speaking for her I doubt that would have been an issue there. Between that and knowing I also work on the back end of a dealership and know how much these things actually cost to do, I don't think he wanted to keep going with me. If I had the lug nut key I would never have come here for this in the first place, and now I likely wont be coming back again. Closest place that can work on our Ioniq 5, dead to me.
