I would not recommend this dealership. The finance section will do a bait and switch on you so they can rack up more "financed sales". The floor manager never spoke with us. No one ever went over the features of the new car we just purchased. The new car was not completely prepared for delivery. Plastic film and stickers were left in place, the extras that came with the car were still in boxes in the back. And all they do is harass you to give them a 5-star review. More

Hyundai treated us poorly. The dealership held the car for a whole month before I had to call to find out that they needed more information. I went around to several dealerships and Ron Jewett was the only person to take the time to explain all this new technology to me. I felt real comfortable with him. I'm a bargain shopper and Crestmont gave the only person to take the time to explain all this new technology to me. I felt real comfortable with him. I'm a bargain shopper and Crestmont gave me the best deal on my 2024 Hyundai Tucson. Everyone I met there was very nice and the financial department worked hard to save me money as well.
