2 fair, there was a lack of communication, I was there for three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After three hours I was told that they were doing a recall fix on my front camera and that is wh for three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After three hours I was told that they were doing a recall fix on my front camera and that is what took so long. This was not communicated to me when I checked in. I did not know they were going to do that nor did I get any updates as I was sitting there. More
