Everything felt very straight forward, I did not feel like there were hidden costs that I was going to get hit with at the end of the deal.
They're quick and collaborative. I own a Genesis and the experience is catered to the Hyandai brand and not to the luxury brand. They need to have a separate Genesis dealer with amenities geared towards a luxury brand owner.
Car not thoroughly prepared new car parts inside glove compartment not installed also no manual
The dealership was ok. There isn’t enough space or privacy when working with sales staff. The cars are jammed in and obstructs movement within the building. Working with Terry Coggins was a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and very informative. I would recommend him to anyone! Thomas in the Finance office was great as well. He clearly explained all the options and wasn’t too pushy.
