When I repeatedly asked for the out-of-the-door (OTD) price, he ignored my requests, deleted his previous text confirming the vehicle's availability, and acted confused.It was a blatant bait-and-switch attempt. They tried pushing terrible rebates tied to high APR interest rates, where financing the full price without the rebate would actually be cheaper. Brad and the sales manager, Eric, cycled through every classic dealership trick—trying to force me to disclose if I was paying cash or financing just so they could pad the deal elsewhere for profit.As a woman, I felt completely discriminated against. They clearly did not expect me to catch them in their tricks and straight-up lies. When I called Brad out on his dishonesty and compared him to "Larry from Three's Company," they refused to correspond with me further.Advice for buyers: Do not trade your car in here; use Carvana, KBB, or Carmax for a better outcome. Use AI tools to analyze their questions and uncover the tricks they are pulling. Go in only to test drive, then negotiate solely via email. Demand everything on official dealer letterhead with your name and valid dates, and read all rebate terms carefully. Take your business elsewhere. More

Service department has to be the worst in the Cincinnati area. Their app tells you one thing, the service writer tells you a second thing, and then hit you with a third when you come in. They set your service intervals to get you to come in and then tell you that your service isn’t covered. So then they try to get you to go ahead and pay for oil changes and other things since you drove the time to come in. Can’t get a hold of anyone when you call, total joke of a department. Avoid the Joseph Auto Group if possible. More

Sadly I was sent one amount for service in a email for my 90k mile service and then told that was incorrect. They should have honored the amount they provided.
