I went for regular service (oil change and tire rotation) ended up doing something with the fuel as well. I mentioned I was having some problems with a tire losing air. They quoted me 422 for two new tires c ended up doing something with the fuel as well. I mentioned I was having some problems with a tire losing air. They quoted me 422 for two new tires claiming one had wear and the other had a nail that they couldn’t “safely repair.” Additionally they said I needed a complete realignment for 200 and change. I opted to not get the work done and immediately go elsewhere. The tire had TWO nails in it that could safely be patched for 26 dollars somewhere else. There was no wear out of the norm on the tires (they only have 30,000 miles on them). I also called to ensure the work they said done was in fact done, however the tire rotation couldn’t have possibly happened considering the tire with the nail was in the same place it started in. Customer service was kind and I had a very positive experience working with Hank… but at the end of the day it very much did feel like a money grab and attempt to take advantage of me. Additionally very disappointing they are claiming they did a service that didn’t happen. More
