I purchase a used vehicle about every two years between vehicles for my wife, myself, and my work van, so I've worked with a lot of car dealerships over the years. After nearly a month of searching for the right vehicle that my wife would be happy with, we finally found a Genesis GV70 at Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls. I want to start by saying that the vehicle, despite being a couple of years old, was in excellent condition. After spotting it on the lot, I went into the showroom and was greeted by Casey Speck. From the very beginning, Casey was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had plenty of questions about the GV70, and I was impressed by Casey's quick, confident, and detailed answers. Considering Genesis is not the dealership's primary brand, his knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional. We spent over an hour reviewing and test-driving the SUV, and Casey never made us feel rushed or pressured. By the end of the visit, we felt the vehicle was priced fairly and confidently decided to purchase it. As most car buyers know, the finance office is often the part of the process people look forward to the least. Fortunately, our experience with Cody Dezsi, the Business Manager, was just as positive. Cody was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. He explained all of our options clearly and never pressured us into purchasing products or services we didn't need. Overall, our vehicle-buying experience at Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls was outstanding from start to finish. Both Casey and Cody made the process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
