I have been using this dealership for over 20 years and purchased 3 cars from them.. Recently the ability to get an appointment and speak with the service department on the phone has been horrible. I had a purchased 3 cars from them.. Recently the ability to get an appointment and speak with the service department on the phone has been horrible. I had an appointment scheduled and about a week before it the check engine light came on. So I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment. They instead cancelled the original appointment and pushed it out two more weeks from my original date.. When I asked why the original appointment was cancelled I could not get a straight answer and was told that someone from service would call me. No one ever called and they don't answer the phone! I had to call the Green location in order to speak with someone about my car. It took over a month to get my car in the shop. Unfortunately, they run the only two Hyundai dealerships in the area. I am only recommending them because of nostalgia and my love for Hyundai. More
