We got a really nice Rav2 from them. We did negotiate an agreeable price and the sale went smoothly. I didn't care for the intimidation with the offer of insurance we didn't want, and there were a couple other vehicle issues that took weeks to resolve but the good store manager made sure things got resolved. I have been totally impressed with the process at Germaine Hyundai. I have had the same representative, who works through each appointment for service, each time I go for service. He coordinates, keeps me informed throughout, advises on next steps, if any. The wait area is comfortable and spacious,, stocked with drinks and snacks. Check out is speedy, then I am personally shown to my vehicle. Great service.

Went to this dealership just to look. Immediately fell in love with model on showroom floor. Talked with Conner Zajankala. We took a similar model out for a drive. Impressed. However, not ready to purchase. Over the next several days, Conner repeatedly reached out to me to visit again. And I did. This time the showroom model was waiting for me to drive. Of course I drove it. Bought it. Connor and staff at Ganley all very helpful.

I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.
