I have purchased my 2025 Hyundai Limited on February 10th. Sales lady Kyrstin Sparenga was recommended to me by another customer who I met on social media in a group that discusses that specific vehicle. It was a pleasure working with Kyrstin, and I am very happy with the way my trade-in as well as my new vehicle was presented to me. Finance manager Louis Cheers was very pleasant to deal with as well, as I had told Kyrstin and him upfront not to bother with any kind of additional warranties and coverage as I was a cash buyer. Both had listened well and after signing the necessary papers to get my car registered and a title issued, I was in and out of Louis' office within 10 minutes. I have talked to someone from service about a question regarding the Blue Link app, and I think if I ever need service, I will be in good hands there as well. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

I found myself stranded in the Youngstown area after getting off the turnpike. My check engine light came on, starting flashing and my car wanted to stall. I worked with service rep Heather at Preston Hyundai and she took incredible care of me. They were super busy with appointments and other emergencies but she was great with me and took my car in promising to keep me updated. I had to leave the car for the week and with the Thanksgiving holiday involved, I had it back in perfect shape. Thanks to this service department. I highly recommend.

I purchased my Hyundai Genesis there about 8 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with my Service Technician, Mike. He is always very professional and extremely helpful. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is never bothered by having to explain his service recommendations to me and then possibly having to call my husband to explain those recommendations again. He always makes bringing my car in convenient and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with him. Often times we write in to tell about our negative experiences. But, I wanted to make sure I let you all know that Mike is the reason I bring my car in to the dealership for service.

Bought my second car from Candy Flynn and I couldn’t be happier! She’s been amazing at working with me for both of my vehicles and helping me find exactly what I wanted! The financial lady we worked with, Jen Beljan, was not very pleasant. She was nice until we told her we didn’t want any of the packages she kept trying to push us to add on, and after we kept denying that we wanted them, her whole attitude towards us changed for the worst and she became very rude. It was almost enough to make us walk out, but we pushed through because we really wanted this vehicle and I love working with Candy. Also her 3 vapes sitting right next to her keyboard out in the open seemed very unprofessional.

I bought a 2025 Hyundai Kona a couple months ago and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I purchased a pre-owned car at the same dealership a month before I bought the 2025 Kona and that car was not thoroughly inspected. Had multiple issues with the vehicle and they lied about numerous things about the car. They are horrible to deal with and habitual liars. Do not buy from any Jeff Wyler dealership. I spent countless hours there just for them to screw me over. They never owned up to any of their mistakes and lies even when proof was shown that they made mistakes and lied. The general manager of the dealership told me if I left a bad review that he would take my free oil changes away and go in and change numbers around (whatever that means). They persuaded me into giving them a good review from the link Hyundai sent me via email in exchange for a first months car payment. The salesman asked to see my phone and he proceeded to give a good review on his and the dealership’s behalf. The salesman also told me that he wouldn’t not sell me car if I was going to give him and the dealership a bad review.

Will Morton is the only reason I drove over 50 miles to lease my new Kona N Line! I first met Will over the phone when I was shopping around for a new Palisade. He was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in leasing. We scheduled an appointment and when I arrived he met me at the door with a huge smile and said "Ramona I have the perfect Palisade for you"! He had parked it right in the middle of the showroom floor. I asked him "is that MY Palisade"? It was gorgeous! It had every feature I requested, he didn't miss one thing that we had previously discussed. To me, that said a lot about Will, he had actually listened and paid attention to our conversation. We went over all the bells & whistles, right down to the simplest features. For the first time in my entire life (first new car purchased at 18 now 65) of buying/leasing a new car I totally enjoyed the experience all because of Will Morton. He actually made it fun, that's right, I said "fun"! There wasn't any stress or pressure like I've experienced at other dealerships, he was upbeat and happy to be helping me with my new vehicle. And that is the reason I recently drove over 50 miles again to lease another vehicle from Will. I didn't give it a second thought, I knew what dealership and who I would see to get my new Kona N Line! He hit it out of the park once again! must say I have never liked this car lot due to the poor attitude of the managers and poor service after the sale, historically. I am a long time resident of Fairfield and have tried to buy several cars from this lot and always left when it came to sign because the lot managers were extremely rude, cocky unwelcoming. I decided to give it one more try a few weeks ago because they had a vehicle my wife really wanted and they were on the way home. We were immediately greeted by Rebecca (I can't remember her last name) and she made us feel so welcome and made us WANT to buy a car from her. She was so kind and knowledgeable that I would have bought anything she wanted to sell me. Rebecca is a real asset and has earned my business back to Jeff Wyler and forget my poor experiences in the past. I really hope this lot is changing directions and starting to focus more on the customer and service like Becky did, this lot is a staple in the Fairfield business scene, like Jungle Jims, it was sad to watch it decline to almost a buy here pay here lot. I will be back and keep recommending this lot now. Please don't let us down when it comes time to bring it in for service by resorting to your old ways. Jeff Wyler is a hometown lot so keep treating your customers like neighbors, not outsider. Rebecca did an amazing job and I hope you appreciate her as much as we did. Andrew was my Salesman, who although it was apparent this was a new position for him, he was confident, informative and attentive to my needs. What was very impressive to me, Dave Hichens was a TEAM PLAYER who supported Andrew to the very end of the deal....signing.. I noticed Andrew acknowledging the support, willing to share the sale with Dave, however he immediately responded...no your sale... Not verbally but body language.. You are extremely fortunate to have these individuals representing you and Hyundai in Customer Service. Something that is very difficult to find...regretfully in these days. Brittanie's personality was outstanding as she reviewed the technology of my new vehicle ensuring I was comfortable and understanding of all the info she provided. She listened and answered questions without missing a beat.. I new I was in a Sales Environment, however at no time, throughout all phases, did I ever fell pressured nor neglected.. I didn't care for the intimidation with the offer of insurance we didn't want, and there were a couple other vehicle issues that took weeks to resolve but the good store manager made sure things got resolved.
