Buying the vehicle, brand new, was like dealing with any other dealership. It was a typical sale. However, when you have a problem, their service department is awful. Terrible communication, even worse customer service, and they can’t seem to fix issues. Damaging and depreciating the value of the car in the process. I will never buy another Lincoln (or Ford) and I’ll be telling everyone to stay far away from any Lincoln/Ford dealership or vehicle in the future.

Took my car with appt to have a thumping noise from right front checked out. Exactly 7 days later I returned to pick up my car due to the fact that it hadn't even been looked at yet by a tech and was unable to get any idea of when it would be looked at. Communication throughout the week was extremely poor, left multiple messages requesting an update and received no response. 3 days after car was brought in was first returned call, "didn't look at it yet, need more time" was the response. After 5 full work days of no one taking the time to look at it I needed the car back. Left message for service manager as well but yet to here back from him

*BUYER BEWARE* Just a PSA regarding Greenwich Ford. A few weeks ago, I hit a pothole that caused damage to a vehicle I purchased at Greenwich Ford. When I purchased the vehicle, I purchased an extended warranty. I reached out to them to see if the damage would be covered. While my guess was that it wouldn't be covered, I had seen references from people regarding this issue with my model of vehicle that had been covered by Ford. And so I emailed them, explaining the situation and including a picture. They requested that I bring the car in so they could determine how much, if anything would be covered under the warranty. My wife dropped the car off and when she picked it up, they charged us a $200 "diagnostic fee" just to tell us that damage by a pothole is not covered as it is considered an act of God. This is something that could have been disclosed without a visit to Ford "for a diagnosis". And no fee for diagnosing this was ever disclosed to me. It is a shame that Greenwich Ford does business in this fashion. I do NOT recommend that anyone does business with a company that engages in such shady practices.
