Went in for service and was treated with a smile! Stepped up to the counter to talk to Brandi who made sure she understand everything I was explaining. Pathetic, five hour wait for inspection, service and four new tires installed. Made appointment, talked to parts for tires I wanted and everything set for this appointment. Checked in at 0750, advised at abo new tires installed. Made appointment, talked to parts for tires I wanted and everything set for this appointment. Checked in at 0750, advised at about 1030 they didn’t have the tires but were going to go and pick them up locally. I’ll be out of there by noon. At about 1145 I was told by Service Representative that they had to call delivery driver to get back to shop, everything done, car in air with tires off just need to put on new tires. The Rep. Ibrahim was very courteous and professional during this entire time as I was very upset and angry. I’ll be honest, he kept me in check and was able to compensate me with the bill, not as much as I wanted but it helped. I heard while being in the area for five hours this isn’t the first time, problems of this nature happen ofren with the mechanics and parts department. You would have thought as a mechanic they would make sure they have all their parts and tools for that job before starting it. At 0800 that morning they should have realized there weren’t any tires on site, DUH!!! Problems like this make me not want to stay with Ford. Hopefully this gets rectified for other customers. More
