I had repair done on my 2020 Ford ecosport on March 31, I was told to bring my car at 9am they didn't take the car in until after Noon!!!! Waited ALL day! Buying the vehicle, brand new, was like dealing with any other dealership. It was a typical sale. However, when you have a problem, their service department is awful.
