I would like to say a big Thank You to Darren Vanorden for his help in to getting my 2025 Ford Escape fixed by working the phones to get whatever was needed to get the car back on the road. His help was invaluable for without it it would’ve been harder for me. I trust him as a service advisor for he has vast experience & knowledge that he knows what has to be done in serving the needs of a customer’s car. It is because of Darren that I keep coming back to Cortese Ford for service & buying a newer car.

We recently got an ice storm and I was driving to work and my windshield wiper broke and I could not see I quickly stopped in and Mike was sooo helpful they went and got me a new windshield and installed it in less then 20mins so I was not late for work.
