I have purchased all my cars from Honda of Manhasset since 1999. Over the years the dealership has changed hands 4 times. Since Titan Motors assumed management, Honda of Manhasset has become the best since 1999. Over the years the dealership has changed hands 4 times. Since Titan Motors assumed management, Honda of Manhasset has become the best run dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone at Honda of Manhasset is friendly and professional. It is easy to schedule service and you are kept in the loop throughout the process. I have never had a problem with the quality of the service. I would also like to thank my service manager, David Banks. He always goes out of his way to ensure that everything goes as smoothly and quickly as possible. They did not try to over sell me after fixing my car. They listened, took the car for a test drive, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for free since it was under the warranty. There needs to be more clarity on prices and every employee needs to be aware of it. For a full synthetic oil change, the price online shows 79.99. And there is a $20 coupon to use with it. I was told employee needs to be aware of it. For a full synthetic oil change, the price online shows 79.99. And there is a $20 coupon to use with it. I was told in person that is for synthetic blend and full synthetic would cost $130. And also the coupon is ineligible. When I pulled up the website on my phone that clearly states I scheduled service for a full synthetic oil change for 79.99. No admission of mistake or apology, but the person ended up changing the price to 89.99 and accepted the coupon. If I just went with what I was told at first, I would be paying $50 extra. So I hope you guys make sure every employee is aware of what prices are given online. And if there is a coupon, the employee themselves should help out the customer by putting it in instead of wrongly saying its ineligible. More
