Had an oil change with a Multi check of the car . after car was ready I was not given a Multi point check paper, telling me the condition of my brakes battery, etc. so when I left there and called ba after car was ready I was not given a Multi point check paper, telling me the condition of my brakes battery, etc. so when I left there and called back asking if it is possible it can be sent to me I was told after giving all my info he will forward it to David to send back to me and so far no response from David Now I have no idea the conditions of my battery or my brake pads, etc. did the dealership could’ve done a better job before I bought the car from you guys? I used a different dealership and every time I brought my car in for service I always had the paper. More
