just wanted to pop in for an update, my jeep is in the process of needing some warranty service, i made the mistake of calling another dealer near where i would be for work, oh what a disaster and how unwelcome can you possibly make someone feel on the phone, i then proceeded to call Jeep Wave Executive Customer Care, John over there immediately helped me out, popped open a case# for me and told me to call Bill Volz which is what I did, they have always taken care of me with this Trailhawk, and also with my previous Liberty, great sales and service departments all around, cant wait to have my jeep fixed to leave another glowing review for the BV team, thanks to all and I will miss having Joe Verde around in service, what a great guy, looking forward to working just as closely with Jim, rumor has it he is just as great as Joe was

So I have been using this service department for many years. I called on a Friday to get my oil changed, tires rotated and I was having an issue with a tire losing air. I spoke to Joe in service and right off the bat, he was nice and courteous. I knew we would get along great. I asked for a date to drop off my truck for said services. He said we could make an appointment for a couple weeks out. Then he said well wait a minute, call me Saturday (the next day) and we will see if we can work you in!! So I did and got all my requested items addressed. Found I needed a patch in my tire and of other things he thought I would need going forward. Not pushy, not threatening, not trying to shove unnecessary services on me! I like that!! I definitely will continue my relationship with Joe and the outstanding group he works with!! Nothing but good coming out of that company!!! Oh and they were very careful with my 2021 Dodge Durango! Also everyone I dealt with was kind and courteous!!

It's not a stressful process. I also meet good workers that help me with the process as well like will in financed and Moe Hamdan that help me in the process. Candice Steele is the best when you are in need of a loaner and anything else suitable for customers. During a visit to their location, I had to leave my car for several days and since I traveled (1) hour away, Mrs. Steele was so helpful with getting me a loaner while my car was being serviced. She was very considerate when I spoke to her and asked for a vehicle which would accommodate my height. Having her on your team is the right thing you've done. She listened, understood and made sure I was satisfied as well as comfortable before driving away. She was clear to explain everything so there wouldn't be any confusion down the line. The fact that she covered all the bases made it easier to walk away and not be surprised later. Her honesty will keep me as a customer who would recommend their location as many times as possible.

Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. When it comes time for my next Ram I will be back to purchase from a dealer who understands service. Thank you Again Jim
