This dealership is untrustworthy and unreliable. I purchased a used 2024 Wrangler with 23k miles. I asked if it was a certified pre-owned vehicle, to which they said they don't certify pre-owned car I purchased a used 2024 Wrangler with 23k miles. I asked if it was a certified pre-owned vehicle, to which they said they don't certify pre-owned cars (which is fine). They assured me they do a full service before selling the pre-owned cars. Once I brought it home, I find the car is leaking oil and I have had to take it to my local Jeep dealership twice now. They also told me they would handle all the DMV paperwork including the title and registration. It has been 6 weeks and I am still having to follow up with them and the DMV about the paperwork. Avi and Rich are completely untrustworthy could care less about their customers. More
