I brought my 2013 Jeep in to Tasca on Dec 13th to look at the air suspension and replace the engine mounts. After being told it was repaired, I picked up the Jeep on Dec 20th and drove about 3 miles to my ho the air suspension and replace the engine mounts. After being told it was repaired, I picked up the Jeep on Dec 20th and drove about 3 miles to my house. The next morning, while transporting my parents to a hospital in the Bronx, I felt a massive vibration and thumping. All the lug nuts on both front wheels were loose. Very loose. I tightened and torqued them correctly myself. The next morning, the Jeep was sitting on the front tires - Airbags! What a surprise! And the "service air suspension immediately" light was on - had never happened before. Took the Jeep back on Dec 23. Was now being told that both front air bags were leaking, and that the air lines "were blown". I know that the service tech screwed up. After 3 weeks of being told "the parts are being shipped", I was told I had best order the parts myself, which I did. I brought them the part (RF airbag) and they installed it. The day before I picked up the Jeep on Jan 31, I was told that the part I supplied had a leak and the Jeep was once again sitting on the front tires. I picked up the car and ordered a replacement RF airbag. I took the Jeep home, and have had tons of engine lights, which I am dealing with myself. There has been no leak in my airbags. I spent $7,816 with this dealership, and have never been more angry and disappointed at anyone in my Jeep life. The level of incompetence, negligence, and dishonesty is appalling. I wish my experiences over the last 7 years were as positive as others. The service contacts - Rena, Tristan, Jacob were great but the others in that room do not acknowledge you as if you are invisibl positive as others. The salespeople are arrogant and condescending, could be because I am a woman. When I scheduled and appointment for service, they offered me a complimentary ride to my home in the next town. When i got there, they said they had no ride available while doing service. Best of luck to everybody else. More

He always explains what is going to be done to the vehicle, the pros and cons of doing or not doing it, and the cost. I have always felt that i could make an informed decision. I highly recommend taking a visit to this dealer. I met with Jeff Monninger when I first arrived and immediately felt at east and comfortable. Very friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. He is very knowledgeable and handled the lease process great. At the end of the night I met with Joaquin Matos who reviewed all the numbers and paperwork with me. He is also very knowledge, friendly and make you feel at ease with the leasing process. I really wasn’t going to post this, but once I discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t properly fixed—even after my third-party warranty paid the dealership—I felt I had to post something here. Especially after realizing that many of the reviews you see about this Dealership in Elmsford seem to be managed to boost their ratings. I know this for sure because what I posted last week was taken down. So, in hindsight, be mindful that not all reviews for this Dealership in Elmsford are made public—especially if they contain a low rating or negative feedback about their service. To be fair, the rep did try to schedule a follow-up appointment to fix the issue, but I didn’t go back at the time. I had already been without my truck for months, and I needed it for work—especially during the winter. Back then, heat was more important than A/C. But now that spring is here and summer is around the corner, it’s getting hot again, and I need this repair done ASAP. Unfortunately, the service experience at Tasca Jeep Dealership in Elmsford has been very disappointing. Made an appointment to test drive a car only to be told when I got there they had none of that model on the lot to test drive!
