I had a bad experience with this dealership previously which was not the salesman’s fault. Decided to give this dealership a second chance because of my experience with the saleman, Bruce Tell, the first time. Bruce stepped up right away to help us find exactly what we were looking for and proceeded in making a deal on the vehicle we wanted that I’m positive didn’t yield him much money in order to make up for the problems the first time. I would recommend any one looking for a new Volkswagen or used any model of vehicle to reach out to Bruce because he will go out above and beyond. He’s not high pressure salesman and is pleasant to do business with.

After trying to talk with two other Chevy dealerships, I found the Max Motors dealership to be responsive, honest, and helpful. I was reluctant at first as one dealership closer to me did not allow me to view the two Chevy Trax vehicles, they just sold, another nearby dealership tried to get me to put a deposit down on something they didn't even have paperwork on nor could they tell me what it came with. This is why I was grateful for the honesty, and integrity displayed by Max Motors in making me aware of my options, allowing me to not only look at, but also drive the Chevy Trax. I am thrilled with my experience at Max Motors of Nevada Mo. I would recommend talking with them first before wasting your time with any other dealership.
