Searched for a vehicle for about 6 months, finally found one that checked all the boxes. Came in to the dealership and was told that the specific vehicle was in the shop for minor cosmetic repairs. Expressed to the salesmen that this vehicle was exactly what I have been looking for. Was told I would be contacted when it was available. No communication from salesmen for weeks. Call to check on the vehicle status. No response. Text a couple of times and finally get a response. Sorry this vehicle is no longer available…. Express my frustration and how hard this particular vehicle was to find. His response was “ I'm sorry for your frustration there's just a lot of moving parts that are out of my control i don't know how this happened, it could have been sold at our used car department. again I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Is there anything i can do to rectify this situation?”. Tell him exactly what I am looking for and no response again. Call no response. Text that I’m very disappointed and finally get a response. Sorry it is my day off I’ll work on it tomorrow. So much for rectifying the situation. You would think he would be working on it even if it was his day off. Again very disappointing!! More
