My husband and I were looking for our first Volvo XC90 and eager to get our current vehicle traded in. We started at West County Volvo, Tom was a very eager Beaver to connect with us in the parking lot. We told him the things we were looking for and he went to "look at his inventory." We waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before we went looking for him, he was with another customer and had forgotten about us. Cool. We left for Dean Team Volvo and met Pat at the door. He took the time to sit in the vehicle and explain the features, he answered our questions and listened to our specific requests. He didn't have a car that fit the list but he quickly located one at another dealership. Within three days he had the car claimed on our behalf and had it transported to the dealership. It was the easiest car buying experience of our lives - by far. Highly recommend that entire office - from sales to financing to service - nothing but the best. Skip the rest, go to Pat.

Found the truck I was looking for at Seeger Toyota in St Robert, MO. Since I was 200 miles away, I was contacted by Melissa Callen. She answered all of my questions. Personally texted me and was very helpful in the process. Highly recommended. The paperwork was a breeze. Jordan the Sales Manager didnt spend 30 minutes trying to upsale the purchase. He was straightforward, professional, easy to talk to and knew his stuff. Again a real pleasure to work with. I have had not so good experiences in the past with other dealerships. These guys were great to work with, got me in and out in no time. I appreciate the small town dealerships, these guys were the best. Consider making the drive if you need a new or in my case a slightly used Toyota truck, SUV or car.
