At that time, it was communicated that the repair might require more than buffing and could involve paint work to fully address the issue. That said, we want to address several points raised in your review to ensure there is clarity. At no point does our dealership engage in or condone any form of improper or unethical practices. Any suggestion otherwise is simply not accurate and does not reflect how we do business. We take compliance and customer trust very seriously. Regarding the vehicle availability, certain units may be unavailable for sale at times due to internal use or other legitimate factors. Our team works to present comparable options that meet both availability and purchasing requirements, which appears to be the case here. As for the OnStar concern, the vehicle you purchased was covered under our 30-day/3,000-mile warranty, and ultimately the repair was completed by our service department appropriately under that coverage. We regret any confusion or miscommunication that may have occurred during that process, as that is not the experience we strive to provide. Look at your coffee/vending machine area cameras on May 21st to see our interaction with Travis, or look at his emails from 9:37am on May 27th to prove the "wait 30 days" and "we shook on it" for your proof that this is accurate. YES your dealership did fix it in the appropriate time, but only after I told Travis that I checked with other dealerships and he would not have to pay for it out of his pocket and that I had to have it fixed ASAP. He wanted to wait 30 days for the extended warranty (which I purchased) to cover the replacement/labor costs of module so that the dealership would not have to pay for it.

I have submitted all emails and interactions to the Mo Attorney General, and they recommend that any customers that have had crooked/fraudulent interactions with this dealership to file complaints. Confusion or miscommunication? Really? Your salesman was trying to commit fraud! He was wanting us to hold off 30 days for MY extended warranty to cover the cost of the replacement of OnStar module. No confusion or miscommunication was there at all.
