Wr called to see if van we were interested in was available, the lady on the phone said it was. She said because we were 2 hours away that she would get it ready to show. Bad experience! I need to start with the truck had scratches and a paint chip on it with only 3 miles on this truck. The salesman Adam went from buffing a scratch on I need to start with the truck had scratches and a paint chip on it with only 3 miles on this truck. The salesman Adam went from buffing a scratch on my brand new $92000 truck to painting it without my permission. There was also a finder flare that had been damaged before I purchased the vehicle and they were going to replace that and we waited for to come in and was supposed to get installed while my truck was there to get the scratches buffed out. Well, it didn’t get put on after having my truck for nine days. At this point I’m tired of the salesman blaming absolutely everyone including me so I told him to ship me the flare and the hardware and I’ll do it myself. Also I could point out this paint job and be a real pain but I need the truck for work!! More
