The service center scheduled my repair to ensure a loaner vehicle was available. When I arrived, no loaner vehicle was available. A simple phone call to discuss options was not made. When I got the car vehicle was available. When I arrived, no loaner vehicle was available. A simple phone call to discuss options was not made. When I got the car back, the issue immediately recurred. Now I have to take the car back again, without a loaner vehicle, and hope they can correct the issue that was not fixed the first time. Not helpful to have a warranty if the car can’t be fixed. Gave two stars rather than one as the people are great. More

New cars don't communicate so well with the whole emissions system. But they at least got a waiver for it. It's over and I don't have to deal with this for two more years. Tracy and the two tech staff members, Scott and Cliff were great to work with. They were very patient and attentive to my concerns for the unusual "humming" noise generated by my Pilot when driving above were great to work with. They were very patient and attentive to my concerns for the unusual "humming" noise generated by my Pilot when driving above 65 mph. The two tech members spent a lot of time and various procedures trying to determine the issue, including extensive road testing, exchanging wheels from another Pilot, and ultimately installing brand new tires on my Pilot, which I didn't expect but very much appreciated. Even though they were not able to pinpoint and eliminate the source of the humming sound, I feel very confident, based on their extensive testing, that there are no major component failures or safety issues involved. Tracy and I agreed that I would monitor the situation and call back if the humming becomes louder. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Mungenast and I now can fully understand why the dealership has achieved so many customer service awards. More
