I worked with Blake Mitchusson as an out-of-state agent for a buyer, in yet another state, that also happened to be traveling abroad. Blake was prompt and thorough with answers to my questions by email and text. He kept in touch with me after hours and worked to coordinate a viewing by a local friend on his day off. He and the dealership were flexible to coordinate my test drive, despite my being 8 hrs away. The buyer was accommodated during the financial transactions, despite a 6-hour time difference. Great car and relatively seamless buying experience, despite many complexities, thanks to Blake!

The waiting area was comfortable, and the service took less than an hour. After the service was done, Kris helped with a warranty question. We will continue using Skyway for all our service needs.

I went in to west county Volvo looking to get out of the money pit I was sold at an unreliable dealership (south county auto plaza). I put 8k down an a used bmw at 100k miles I had it for a month before it started to show problems. When I got to west county Volvo I was impressed with how fast I was greeted and paired with my guy Alan up there. He’s an amazing and understanding guy I was offered beverages and snacks he was connecting with me very well he is a awesome guy who wants to get you in your ideal car no matter your situation. I was fighting with banks for a loan for hours bc I’m young with no credit history and a 0 down payment, I had very slim hopes for getting the car I wanted( 2020 Honda civic sport). Alan ended up giving me awesome advice on what to do to get the loan. greatly enough today I was approved, signed the paperwork for my car and was able to get out of the horrible situation I was dealt with that bmw. This guy took well care of me and completely flipped my outlook on car salesman. Thank you Alan for your time and efforts your the man!!!

Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out financial package that we didn't understand. Jordan set up our cell phones in the vehicle. We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Both Duron and Jordon were very friendly and receptive to letting us call with questions. My husband and I both realize we should probably have had one of our children help us make such a big purchase.

The staff was friendly and communicative. Johnathan was eager to help. I appreciated his nonjudgmental demeanor. I had some extenuating circumstances with buying a vehicle and Johnathan was very receptive to my position. He definitely helped to ease some of my fears with the process. He displayed excellent costumer service and was overall a joy to work with. The only thing I wish was more clear was the financing. I was tired when I went to purchase this vehicle and I didn't think to ask some important questions of whole dollar amounts versus what is being tacked onto the monthly payment. And there are some fees that I am not sure what they are for. I failed to ask but I believe for the sake of full transparency when selling something a fee should be explained without the need to ask. Which was not my experience. Overall I did have a good experience. The costumer service was above and beyond but I feel a little like I was not given all the information I should have been given.
