My wife and I saw this beautiful vehicle 2015 gmc Terran at Lou Fuz Subaru and thought it might be beyond our reach. We worked with Mo in sales. Mo walked us through everything and we told him what our parameters were and he worked diligently with finance to make our dream come true. Even though Mo is fairly new too the industry, I guarantee he has a bright future. He is caring,knowledgeable and knows how to talk with people. All the staff truly listen and care about you and your vehicle. I’ve owned many trucks over the years and have been to numerous service departments, but Pappas Toyota is hands down the best. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing service. A big shout-out to Chris Lathangue, a Service Advisor at Pappas Toyota. I witnessed him assisting an elderly lady with questions about her vehicle, patiently explaining everything to ensure she understood before leaving. Chris even walked her to her car to make sure she was okay, as her arthritis was bothering her leg. Seeing people like Chris making the world a better place is heartwarming.

This dealership was incredible to work with, I'm from Kansas City and began looking for subarus in my local area, I decided to take a shot with subaru of columbia and they were incredible to work with, they were honest from the beginning, no xxxxxxxxxxxx, they gave me breakdowns when I needed it, they even included the sales tax on the breakdown so I knew what I was going to owe. I tried working with Van Subaru in Kansas City at first but they were hiding everything wouldn't give me breakdowns, really shady. I had Ethan Polly as my Car Sales he was great, knowledgeable about our vehicle, when I needed him to get numbers from managers he got that done, very hard worker and made the process so smooth. The sales manager was Trey and he got the numbers and breakdowns I needed with the sales taxes even though in missouri dealers don't take sales tax. The numbers were flexible and reasonable. We agreed on numbers and we went to sign with J.R., great to work with, honest about what packages we need and don't need. Honest with his prices and very educated with the statistics in the business. Also, there happened to have a mix up on the numbers on the breakdown and the buyers order, I confirmed the pricing and since the breakdown was the numbers I agreed on J.R. honored that number. They shows true integrity, it felt like they cared about their customers. They were flexible with us and very genuine with us.
