I brought our vehicle to the dealership for transmission sync. When we went to pick it up,they said it had a coolant leak/drip. When asked about it,they said that didn’t know where it was coming from and sent us on our way. What they could have done is this; Checked to make sure that there was plenty of coolant in the system and that it would be safe to drive it but, recommend that we keep an eye on it. (about 30 seconds for someone to check the coolant) 🤓

They only reason I withheld the 5 stars was because I need additional work on my 4 wheel drive and they had neither a rental nor loaner. I'm a year plus working out of town on 6/12s with Sundays off and my resources are limited.

My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months(tried working with my local dealership but was running into issues). I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived.
