I had a great experience buying a used car from this dealership and with my saleswoman Virginia! She was super helpful throughout the whole process, she made sure I was able to test drive the car a seco dealership and with my saleswoman Virginia! She was super helpful throughout the whole process, she made sure I was able to test drive the car a second time since I bought a PHEV that was new to the lot and had no charge the first time I came to see it (absolutely understandable), she covered all the bases to ensure that I was fully comfortable with the purchase! As the Chevy Volt I purchased was new to the lot, it still required some servicing (new brake pads and rotors) at the time of my purchase, so I was unable to drive it home day-of-purchase, but Virginia was wonderful at communicating with me about when I would be able to come pick it up! The service department also replaced the cracked lens on one of the tail lights, which was a pleasant surprise, as I had figured I was buying it completely as-is in regards to cosmetic condition. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience! More
