I am a new customer. Upon walking into the dealership I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, attentiveness, and level of professionalism and customer focus I received. Everyone seemed focused on my problem, kept me informed of the work, educated me, showed me the problem under the car, allowed plenty of time to ask questions and answered them all. When I returned to drop off the car they remembered me and details about the job, offered a very clean and comfortable waiting area, were on time, came in within their estimate. Vincent, our service professional especially epitomized all these positive comments. He led us through the work, was patient, and informative, and clearly knew his business. When we were almost finished he introduced me to the service manager who was very friendly and personable and made me aware of some unique services offered by the dealership. I have had my vehicles serviced at a few different dealerships in the past, some good, and some, I’m sorry to say, poor. If my experience is typical Campbell Ford is the best.
