Which I did not get done as it would be too costly and would not add any value for a trade in. The salesperson gave me such a low value for a vehicle 2012 in great condition and low mileage for it's age. I decided to check out another dealer and get another opinion. That's where I met Tony Juncaj and he was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helped eased my concerns about leasing a new vehicle that was affordable to for me.

Presented the price as advertised, and finished the paperwork while he treated us to dinner at a nearby restaurant. We were out of state buyers but the process was simple. What can I say that hasn't already been said? This is THE best Ford dealership. Fantastic customer service, repairs done efficiently and correctly the first time, excellent and honest sales people and service advisors (Mark O'Bryant and Jim Burton for example). Also kudos to Ford Motor Company for taking care of their customers, including no charge for loaner vehicles and no charges for certain very expensive repairs even after warranty expiration. Highly recommended!
