I had an issue last time as well. When I received my Expedition back there’s a flap underneath that keeps oil from dripping. Well after the oil change and it was brought home it was just hanging there. It was not like that when it left for the oil change. I called the service department and they explained what it was. I went under the vehicle and zip tied it. Well now it went in for the oil change again and guess what, it came back just hanging there again and even my zip tie was still there. I guess I’d like to know why. More

I had a scheduled appointment and even though there were just two guys running the service department that Saturday, they made sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion.
