My Son was buying his very first car by himself and we had visited several different dealerships in the Tri-City’s. By far, McDonald Ford was the best in everything. From being greeted with enthusiasm to the end, they made it seamless and comfortable!! Annabelle Boyes and Dave to the whole team there!!!! Everyone was engaging, accommodating and very very nice!!!! It was the only place we felt like they cared! I will buy my cars from them along with my 3 kids from now on!! They have acquired a huge family as I have a large extended family! Charlie Smith is top notch salesman. He did everything in his power to satisfy my experience. The Service department on the other hand is the worst service I've ever received. I took my new used truck In to be serviced for shaking in the steering. Finally over a month later i received the vehicle back with the same exact issues i had when i took it in. Nothing had been done with the truck to my knowledge because i still have the same issue with the truck as when i took it in.
