After my car was at the dealership Nate called and said the oil leak was not caused by the over filling of the oil. I was DONE dealing with him and Kevin in service was amazing and made sure everything was taken care of. Kyle Richardson was made aware of this situation and handled it immediately. He’s great to deal with. I have always had great service at Richardson’s except this one situation.

I drove two hours to visit Richardson’s to check out a Ford vehicle. They were fantastically helpful and helped me decide if I wanted to buy or lease. I leased in the end. Cien was our sales rep and was great. Eric also visited with us. Well worth the drive for me!!
