It was absolutely the BEST experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle!!!!! My salesman Vito was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the whole process. Vito was courteous and made me feel confident every step of the way. Jonny Pham was KEY in guiding me through every detail of the vehicle. The time he spent with me was monumental and when he could tell I was unsure of something he would go over it with me to be sure my safety was priority. He has a wonderful personality and makes you feel at ease with some light jokes. His patience and expertise did not go unnoticed and I highly recommend the importance to schedule and attend this meeting with Jonny Pham if given the opportunity!! As a female buying a car for the first time in quite a few years I was very nervous, but the team at MB Shrewsbury took all of those nerves away. From the scheduling accommodations made for the test drive, the phone calls and texts to answer all of my questions, to the genuine nature of both Arthur and Maurice, there was a smile on my face throughout the entire process. He brought the Tiffany customer care service to me as He out did himself. I could not be any happier with Alan and the whole group in general.
