I bought two vehicle's (Chevy Tahoe & Volkswagen Atlas) there this past year, and I couldn't be any happier with them. From the staff in the sales department to the service department, I have no complaints. The staff is knowable, professional, and accommodating. What you see is what you get. My salesman Steve Alterio, was great to work with and had an answer for every question I asked, My every demand was addressed and he kept me up to date throughout the whole car buying process. He explained everything in layman's terms and covered everything from gap insurance to extended warranty information, beyond other things. At the end of the day, I was one happy customer. Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. We were shopping for a vehicle for my daughter, and we visited at least 5 dealerships in the Boston area. Central Chevy had the car we were looking for, so we drove to West Springfield. We worked with Tim G. in sales, and he was excellent. He was honest and did not engage in the high-pressure sales tactics we experienced at most of the Boston area dealerships. I have bought many cars from various manufacturers, and this was by far the best car sales experience I have had. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. If you are in the market for a new Chevy and you want to work with a dealership you can trust, this is the place.

Finding the Chevrolet area of Commonwealth was difficult, so I went to Honda. Jeffrey was most polite in checking the stock # I presented, and we drove to the Chevy area whereupon I took a test drive. When I decided to make the purchase, he arranged for me to pick up the vehicle that afternoon. Poe at Chevy gave me the car tour, set up my phone, and showed me the various options. I am very happy with the vehicle, have a lot more to learn (!), and am happily doing that! The process was pretty smooth. I did accept the additional warranty/insurance policy, but I will be returning that with the $50 payment, per the contract. But Anthony was not heavy-handed about it; I simply didn't stick to my preference after awhile. All in all a very good experience.

A few days ago I was having a bad day, no ac and a dead battery. I stopped by Greenfield Chevrolet late afternoon and the kind men in the office took no time coming to the rescue. I was told I was being given a ride home(Shelburne Falls), and told I would be picked up when the car was ready. The same nice man picked me up as the day before and my car was parked outside, ready for the trip home. I can’t tell you how much this meant especially since the temperature was close to ninety! I first leased a Suburban through Aaron Markella in the fall of 2020. More recently, I purchased a new Silverado in 2023. My service appointment last weekv was my first with the dealership. Jillian Luboda, Best's Service Coordinator, was able to get me in for an oil change and sticker within a day. Service Advisor Kate Gemmill had my car ready within 45 minutes of my arrival. The dealership is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Best Chevrolet for both sales and service.
