Overall, a pleasant and seamless experience from start to finish at Herb Chambers Chevrolet, Danvers, MA. I traded in my 2024 Trax and purchased a 2026 Trax. My Sales and Leasing Consultant, Kevin Fitzpatrick was great to work with, he also sold me my 2024 Trax. He was friendly, professional, patient, and helpful throughout the buying process. I never feel pressured into making a purchase. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure that I knew all about the features on the Trax before I left the dealership. Adi Singh, Business Manager was also great to work with. Paperwork process was very streamlined and organized. I was in and out driving my new car in 3 hours! Mirak Chevrolet is now owned by McGovern, but the service personnel seem to be the same. I recently took my 2025 equinox EV for some technical service bulletin work. I had tried to get this done at another dealership and was treated very badly. I want to say that I was treated very well at McGovern and told them so. The experience was so much better. Previously had been regretting my purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle, but now I feel more secure.

Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. A few days ago I was having a bad day, no ac and a dead battery. I stopped by Greenfield Chevrolet late afternoon and the kind men in the office took no time coming to the rescue. I was told I was being given a ride home(Shelburne Falls), and told I would be picked up when the car was ready. The same nice man picked me up as the day before and my car was parked outside, ready for the trip home. I can’t tell you how much this meant especially since the temperature was close to ninety!
