Buying a new car can be challenging and the guys at Burke made it a lot more pleasant. There's a nice laid-back but helpful vibe there I appreciated. My salesman, Hector, was great and was one of the main reasons I came back after looking at different vehicles at different dealerships. Friendly, informed, quick to answer questions, it was enjoyable dealing with him. The showroom manager Bill was easy to talk to and helpful, the money guy was the same. When a few things came up that needed extra attention they were right on it. They were up front about the rebates being offered and I never got the sense they were playing games with me. Five stars!

This young lady asked me some questions about my vehicle of interest and she got all the information together in a very short time. About a 45 minutes later we were on a test drive. My trade vehicle was assessed at the time of my test drive and was a favorable trade allowance. We closed on the purchase shortly after. We first met with Bob, just two days on the job and already making an impact. He provided his personal experience using GMC trucks for years, which helped reaffirm our decision to purchase a GMC truck. Aman, the sales manager was wonderful to work with and really knows the products! When we came to pick up the truck, Donnie provided us a comprehensive review of the truck's features and answered our many questions. They listen to what you want as far as the price, the terms you want and vehicle you are interested in purchasing. It was nice that there wasn't pressure to buy that very day.
