Liv and the whole staff who supported us in our purchase was amazing! Liz came out instantly on one of the windiest days in April and assisted first thing in the morning. We hit it off instantly browsing through the lot , then we went inside to look up what could be a good fit for our family. We were a bit worried we wouldn’t be able to get our second vehicle …but she literally did everything she could to make it happen. Thomas came in and assisted and we were on track! We ended up getting our vehicle on our second days visit and have been so fulfilled since! Thank you Liv, Thomas, and everyone else that played part in our Fitzgerald experience. This is an update to my review on yesterday 2-28-24. After writing my review, I was contacted by Jeff, the service manager. He was very apologetic about my experience at Bob Bell and also offered me a free oil change and tire rotation my next visit. I also received a call today, from Greg, who was my service advisor, who also apologized and made sure everything was going well with my vehicle. My 2nd issue was resolved at no charge to me. I’m happy! Thank you guys for the follow up.

After a daunting experience at Chevy of Bowie, I was pissed & felt like I was being ROBBED from the service advisor there $265 for an oil change on my 2019 Corvette. I immediately called my original service team at Chevy of Waldorf to check if I had paid anything close to that price which I know that I hadn’t , when Victoria told me to come down there immediately so that they can handle the exact same Mobile 1 synthetic oil change for $120 it was explained to me that they don’t know what or who they get the same oil from but that was an OUTRAGEOUS price for that & I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO CHEVY OF BOWIE!!!

My car was vandalized took it them they kept a month insurance payed them 2400 dollars 3 days later took it back because check engine light come on and stable link he called me said they needed to pull my exhaust down that it had blown a fuel fuse and they needed to check for a bare wire 2017 SS Camaro with 30 thousand miles I said let's not do that he wanted 1100 dollars to look for bare wire so I authorize the to fix stable link problem which was 700 dollars he called me yesterday and said check engine light will be on because there getting a fuel pressure sensor code that's located on fuel rail under hood he never offed to replace it they were trying to get me to let them pull exhaust just so he could charge me 1100 dollars i will never take or recommend anyone to go there a complete rip off this is after they had my car a month unbelievable

There are no gimmicks during any of my experiences of truck purchases.
