Brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation and waited in waiting room . Made myself a coffee and all was good. work was done in an acceptable amount of time and out the door. This has happened twice that I drop my vehicle off for service and it is never ready the same day. My customer is 130999 and the invoice number for the first one is 411188, I drop my vehicle of for servic service and it is never ready the same day. My customer is 130999 and the invoice number for the first one is 411188, I drop my vehicle of for service on 01Nov24 at 0800 and it wasn't ready Until 04Nov24, so I have no idea why I had to wait. The second time, invoice# 431808, I dropped my vehicle off on 19May26 at 0807 for an 0845, tech Dennis and again after eight hours my vehicle would not be ready. I was told my vehicle would be the first one in the morning to be serviced, but I don't believe that was true since I was called at 12:33 to say my vehicle was ready. Both times the minor repairs were under warranty, so does that mean that I do not get priority service? I also notice that there only one other vehicle in the shop, so I was last on the list. There are other Chevrolet dealers in the Bel Air, MD area and they will get my business from now on. More

This was not a pleasant experience. Unless Lee was involved. The car I bought hadn't even been looked over/cleaned when I bought it. Maybe I share the blame for having been an autistic person and going by myself to trade in my other vehicle. The car still has issues to this day and the "fixes" they did on the outside are already wearing off. But I cannot afford to get another car so I am stuck with this one and all its got going on. I paid way too much for this garbage vehicle. Will very likely not be buying from them in the future. More
