I went to GMC first and I started to order something very specific. The salesman seemed overwhelmed, so I left. I went over to JBA and when I started to tell sales what I needed they said, "we can do that, b specific. The salesman seemed overwhelmed, so I left. I went over to JBA and when I started to tell sales what I needed they said, "we can do that, but you need to go our commercial sales department". The commercial salesman was very patient and went through the build sheet line by line so I would get everything I needed. He told me it would take some time before it would arrive, but I would get it the way I wanted it. He has since retired but that 3500 got here exactly as ordered. Joe Kopp and Tom Carter handled the deal since and were great to work with. More
