We visited the location 4 times for the same vehicle and requested a new salesman after our 2nd visit. The 1st guy seemed more interested in selling his side business than selling the car. The 2nd guy was WAY better and we were happy with his willingness to help. Jason did his job at finance. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the car was not detailed, a simple wash would have been nice the inside was good. And he only put a half tank of gas… EVERY car I’ve ever purchased I never left the lot without a CLEAN car & FULL tank of gas. It is the little things that go along way. This location could really work on the customer service and these touches to make it even better.

Dave was very helpful in navigating purchase of GV80 online and then in person for final details. My only suggestion is that the dealership hire more sales people to upgrade the sales / service experience as Dave had to manage three sales all at once, rotating between three parties / three desks to keep things moving. He did his best to expedite the delivery process. After one day driving the vehicle, we are enjoying it.

We came to Avon Hyundai to look at the color combinations that we couldn't find elsewhere. We weren't planning on walking away with a car, but did after finding one we really loved. We did not feel pressure to purchase, unlike some of the other dealers we had visited. Zarious Coleman was fantastic, bringing us various colors to review, showing us some of the features, and not hovering over us while we looked and discussed.

My entire experience was awesome. As an out of state buyer I was treated as a long time neighbor. John Kiesel (my sales rep) was extremely professional and helpful. John gave me exactly what I needed to find out, all was over the phone. Thank you Jessica for helping my friend look the car over and handled any concerns I had. John picked me up at the airport and then we did the final ride to see that everything that John had mentioned was exactly as is. John handled 95% of the paperwork prior so we had very little to complete. Jeff, in the finance department made the closing of the sale very smooth.
