Another great experience at Currie Motors Ford of Valpo. My wife's Lincoln Aviator had a check engine light so I called Currie Motors. I spoke with David Sobczak, service advisor, who did an excellent job in getting me an appointment. David is very professional, knowledgable, and a great listener. Dave Kampenga, Master Mechanic, did an amazing job fixing my wife's Lincoln. Dave is very knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. The reason the service department runs so well is because of Roger Galvan, Service Manager. Roger runs his department like a well oiled machine. Roger brings a professional demeanor to the department that is second to none. I do have to mention the man that makes this dealership the top dealership in the region. That is the general manager, Leo Sfikas. Leo is a "whatever it takes" kind of guy. He is very customer centric and will do what is necessary to make it right for the customer. This is why I take all of my vehicles to Currie Motors Ford of Valpo.

I can't tell you how good I was treated in 15 words! It was just unbelievable the purchasing experience, and how Ray Skillman, represented by Matt Carver took care of us even though we was in the middle of a snow emergency! I haven't purchased a new vehicle in years, but if you are going to, get in touch with the Skillman group, and Matt Carver, as well as everyone from the driver that picked us up, yes they came miles away in a snowstorm to make this deal happen, and I am a good negotiator, so the deal on this vehicle has to be mentioned to! JUST TRY SKILLMAN.

Whether you're in the neighborhood, or doing remote car shopping like I did, I recommend Ed Martin Acura for your vehicle purchase. Will Wickliff did an excellent job, going above and beyond by sending multiple custom-recorded videos and additional information that reassured me about the car, convincing me to make the 90+ mile drive to the dealership for a test drive. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere was a great relief, as was the asking price of the car, which was lower than similar vehicles in the area. It was also great meeting the General Manager, Sam Martin, who helped ensure a smooth sale, including trade-in. Overall, I found Ed Martin Acura to be a first rate operation and would rate the experience a 10 out of 10.

This dealership went out of their way to get my Flex back on the road. The factory warranty people absolutely SUCKED. The actual cause of the problem was not specifically determined although the dash was disassembled and reassembled The factory warranty was due to expire within a few days. The factory warranty people were very explicit in explaining that if I have this problem again, O well, not covered if I don’t purchase more additional extended warranty. My third Flex, love the car. Not real comfortable driving this car anymore. By the way, the dealer didn’t charge me for this work. Really customer oriented. Thanks again to Harold Ford. Harold also has a Chevy dealership. Time for a change?.
