Terrible extremely dishonest. They replaced transmission ($7k +) and our car smelled terrible when we picked it up. We took it back a few days later as the smell was getting They replaced transmission ($7k +) and our car smelled terrible when we picked it up. We took it back a few days later as the smell was getting worse. They told us we needed a new turbo. We got a and opinion and did not need a new turbo. Graff failed to tighten the clamp on the catalytic converter when they replaced the transmission so exhaust fumes were coming in the vehicle. Very dangerous! They claimed to diagnose the smell and said the turbo needed replaced. I do not know if they lied about examination it or they lied about the diagnosis. We took it to a different place that located the leak at the clamp. Unfortunately we had to pay $200 to get the clamp and gasket on properly. There is no quality control if you release a vehicle after service with exhaust fumes coming inside. More
