Service Manager John Revor went above and beyond assisting me. The transmission valve body on our 2022 Suburban failed and the vehicle went in to limp mode. We were 20 miles from our hotel in Indianapolis on our 400 mile journey from Pennsylvania. I lost reverse and probably 5-10 gears. I made it to the dealership the next morning unannounced at 7:30 AM on August 14, 2026. I mistakenly pulled in front of the dealership and was blocked in because a pickup truck was blocking the way. John was the first person I saw and I told him I needed some help. He did not hesitate when I told him we needed to push the Suburban because I did not have reverse and I was stuck in front of the dealership. He and another person from the service came out in the rain and helped push the Suburban. After 4 hours in the waiting room John informed me it needed a new valve body. The part would not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest. My wife and our 4 kids were on this trip too and we needed to return to PA the next day. John set up an Enterprise rental and had me driven to the Enterprise location. Luckily the powertrain warranty was still in effect and GM paid for the rental. John kept me informed during the repair process which was completed on August 20th. I highly recommend this dealership. We made it to the Fever game on August 14th however because of the valve body failure we did not make it to the Indianapolis Zoo that day. We are planning a return trip next summer to use the Zoo tickets and watch a Fever game. More
