John in the service center was great! ! The rest of the dealership not so much!! I called our salesperson Friday, September 25th to ask when the oil was last changed on a vehicle we bough ! The rest of the dealership not so much!! I called our salesperson Friday, September 25th to ask when the oil was last changed on a vehicle we bought from him on September 1st. Today is Monday, September 28th and we have yet to receive that phone call from him regarding that. When buying it we didn’t have a problem. It’s after you drive away with it is when the customer service has been terrible. More
