If you're looking for a salesman who is honest, quick to respond, and makes you feel like your time is worth while- Then talk to Jacob Gillette. After shopping for a used car in the 30k-35k range and talking to multiple dealerships he is the salesman that stood out tremendously out of the 10+ I had spoken with. Don't believe me? Take it for yourself when you call and ask for Jacob specifically. Ultimately I did not buy a car from Jacob as another dealership gave me a deal I could not pass up (hopefully it doesn't bite me), but even after i let Jacob know that- He didn't pressure me one bit. He asked if there was anything at all he could do to EARN our business (I was impressed with this terminology, as all the separate salesmen i spoke with at other dealerships i didnt seem to matter to them), and didn't make me feel guilty about passing him up. I'll be looking for a full sized truck soon due to a baby on the way- I will absolutely be reaching out to him. You should too if you want to support a salesman that isn't pushy and isn't just in it for the money, he seemed like he actually WANTED to sell me a car, which I found out nowadays is surprisingly hard to find. Curry Chevrolet- hope you realize this employees worth, not often dealerships receive positive reviews after not even buying a car lol

Ermir was able to answer my questions and negotiated a deal that we were both able to walk away feeling good about. With me coming from out of town, he was willing to set up the majority of the deal before my arrival to shorten the amount of time spent at the dealer on the dale of sale. I spoke with Amanda while I was waiting at the dealership. She seemed to be very enthusiastic about the Subaru brand and was excited to talk about the BRZ with me. Jon made the finance portion a breeze and we were in and out of his office in approximately 30 minutes or less. Didn't try to push us into unnecessary products or things I wasn't interested in. Betsy was my Love-Encore Delivery Specialist and was a delight to talk to about my new BRZ. Answered all my questions with ease.

I am from out of state and needed an oil change for my Subaru. Not knowing where to go I decided to go to the Subaru dealership. I was pleasantly surprised and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Cameryn was great to work with. Got me checked in and kept me advised as things progressed. The lounge area was great, and while waiting in the show room, the receptionist asked if I needed anything also.

There is no question in my mind that BMW of Fort Wayne is one of the premier dealerships in the country. I couldn't not be happier with having them as my partner when purchasing my first Mini Cooper. At no point during the entire process did I feel pressured, rushed, or "sold to." In short, they did not sell me a car, they helped me buy one, and there's a major difference between those two things. I've owned over 40 vehicles in my life, and this is the first time I ever felt like I had a partner in the process. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't bother to look anywhere else.
