It took a couple of months to get the car and he was really good about communicating where we were with everything and answering all my questions . Very impressed with the customer service and knowledge . There were never any high pressure tactics from him or from Bryan, the financial services rep that helped me in the business office. He was really good to explain the opportunities for warranties etc. They were both very personable and it's been a very good experience. I'm impressed with this dealership anyway. I had an oil change when we first moved here and was very impressed with the customer service. This dealership clearly knows how to keep customers.
